hahahah..bunyi macam serious bangat...takdalah apapun..cuma nak tanya sesapa BF expert out there the lis of what CANNOT to be eaten during BF.
Please advise yer kengkawan... some say takleh minum air teh, coffee, air sejuk, air gas, etc. takut anak kembung or sakit perut. Fruits pun ada yang can be eaten some cannot...so please HELP ME!!!!!
